The Knight Vision AN/PVS-30 clip-on inline night sight is a staple of modern long-range low-light engagements. From its patented technology capable of retaining the day scope's zero to the low battery consumption, it has proven itself continuously during real-world operations with its dependability and reliability. Initially, Knight Vision set out to reduce weight as much as possible from the PVS-30 without sacrificing performance. This led to an improved housing and lenses to reduce overall size and updated controls for focus and brightness all based on user feedback from the field. The UNS-LR A3 (PVS-30-LW) uses the most current image intensification technology and is available with green or white phosphor tubes. This updated version provides a lighter, more compact inline night sight while retaining or exceeding the capabilities of the AN/PVS-30.
