First Responder Offensive uses the HazMatIQ Above-the-Line/Below-the-Line System to train those arriving first on scene to determine if they can safely enter the HotZone. Training will cover basic chemical physical properties, and the Stay-Alive-Five equipment (SAFe) Kit (radiation pager, F and pH papers, temperature gun and LEL meter) to determine whether the responder can safely continue with recon or perform a rescue (Go/Get-Out).
